Pixel Haus Inc. develops and operates mobile applications, web applications, and digital products. These Terms apply to all applications published by Pixel Haus Inc. on the Apple App Store, Google Play Store, and the web.

User Accounts

• Some of our services may require you to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
• You must be at least 13 years of age to use our services.

Acceptable Use

When using our services, you agree not to:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble our applications
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of our services
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems

Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, logos, and software associated with our services are the property of Pixel Haus Inc. or its licensors. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use our applications for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms.

User Content

You retain ownership of any content you submit through our services. By submitting content, you grant Pixel Haus Inc. a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, host, store, and display that content solely for the purpose of operating and providing our services.

Payments & Subscriptions

Some of our applications may offer in-app purchases or subscriptions. These transactions are processed through the respective platform (Apple App Store or Google Play Store) and are subject to that platform's terms and refund policies. We do not directly process payment information.

Disclaimers

Our services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that our services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Pixel Haus Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, arising from your use of our services.
